What are they
What Are Advertising Flags and LED Light Boxes?
An advertising flag is a printed polyester banner stretched over a sectional pole and held by a weighted base. It is the cheapest way to put a brand above head height on a pavement, a forecourt or an exhibition stand.
An LED light box is a rigid frame with a translucent printed face lit from behind, so the graphic stays readable after dark and indoors without daylight. Between them, the two products cover outdoor footfall and indoor point of sale.
We also build EL posters, tension fabric walls and walking billboards — the same print-and-frame logic in different formats.

In-house printing
Fabric is printed, heat-set and sewn in our own workshops, so a reprint and a first order go through the same line.
Fabric you can specify
110g, 130g and 160g polyester for flags. Heavier cloth reads better from a distance and survives more wind cycles.
Even backlight
Our light boxes are built for 85-95% luminance uniformity. Cheap units typically land at 60-70% and show dark corners.
Aging before packing
LED modules run a 24-48 hour aging test before the panel is closed, so early failures happen here, not at your venue.

How an Order Moves Through the Factory
Artwork check
We open your file, confirm bleed, resolution and colour, and send back a proof before anything is printed.
Print and set
Fabric is printed, heat-set for colour fastness, then cut to the flag outline or the frame size.
Sew, frame, wire
Flags are hemmed and sleeved. Light boxes get their LED modules, diffuser and frame assembled.
Aging, QC, packing
Electronics run 24-48 hours. Print and hardware are checked against the proof, then export packed.

- Single or double sided — double sided flags need a blocker layer, otherwise the reverse artwork shows through
- Pole and base — cross base, square metal, water bag or ground spike, depending on wind and surface
- Frame depth — ultra thin from 20mm for walls, deeper profiles for large outdoor panels
- Packing — individual carry bag, whole set in one carton, or flat packed for container loading
- Branding — logo on the product, on the carton, or both
- Artwork support — we can build a mockup from a rough logo if you have no finished file

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering
What is the minimum order?
One unit for a sample, and there is no fixed minimum for a bulk run. Mixed orders across the four ranges are accepted.
Can you print our logo and brand?
Yes. Logo, artwork and model numbering can all carry your brand, on the product and on the carton.
How long does production take?
Flags usually take 7-12 days, light boxes and fabric displays 10-15 days, and electronics builds up to 20 days. The figure is confirmed per order.
Can you send a sample first?
Yes. We can build one unit against your artwork so you can check the print and the hardware before a bulk order.
Do you handle shipping?
We quote the shipping method with the goods and prepare the packing list, invoice and documents your broker needs.
What if the print does not match the proof?
We reprint. Keep the approved proof — that is the reference both sides work from.
