Every flag is dye-sublimation printed on display polyester, cut, sewn and QC-checked in our own workshop in Foshan, Guangdong. You send the artwork, we return a free mockup with written specifications, then production starts only after your written approval.
1. Printing. Full-color dye-sublimation at 720 dpi or higher. Single-sided flags show a mirror image on the back. Double-sided flags use two layers with a light-blocking liner, so both sides read correctly.
2. Sizes. Feather and teardrop kits cover flag heights from about 2.2 m to 5.6 m with pole sets up to 6 m. Custom shapes and sizes are welcome; ask for the size sheet before ordering.
3. Fabrics. Typical choices are 110 gsm knitted polyester for standard flags and heavier 130-160 gsm for double-sided sets. Wind rating depends on pole, base and local gusts, so confirm the site conditions with us in writing.
4. Bases. Cross base, water bag, ground spike, steel plate and car tyre base. Each base suits a different surface; our team matches the base to your venue before quoting.
5. Low MOQ and wholesale. Low MOQ accepted – wholesale orders commonly start from 5 pieces per design. Quantity pricing, packaging and shipping terms are confirmed in the written quotation within 24 hours.
6. Export packing and QC. Each kit ships with flag, pole set, base and carry bag. We send photo or video approval before packing, and every carton is documented for customs clearance.
