Factory Tour: Inside the Besda Workshop

Most buyers never see the factory behind a quotation. This page shows the actual stations your order passes through, photographed in our Foshan workshop. If you need more, we arrange a live video walkthrough during working hours, or a visit when you are in Guangdong.

Station 1 – Printing

Digital printers and dye-sublimation equipment run the flag, banner and fabric graphics. The operator checks colour against the approved proof at the start of every run, and a first piece is photographed for your record.

Station 2 – Cutting and sewing

Cut parts are bundled by order, sewn on industrial machines, then ironed and folded. Double-sided flags are assembled here with the light-blocking liner that stops one face showing through the other.

Station 3 – Metalwork and pole assembly

Pole sets, frames and base hardware are cut to length and assembled. Each set is test-fitted before packing, so a pole that does not seat properly is caught in Foshan rather than on your customer’s site.

Station 4 – Light box and LED assembly

Light box bodies, vacuum-formed panels and LED modules are assembled here. Every unit is switched on and inspected for even brightness and correct wiring before it leaves the bench.

Station 5 – Quality control and packing

Finished goods are checked against the approved specification, photographed and packed with corner protection and foam where the product needs it. Cartons are marked with your order reference.

Station 6 – Warehouse and loading

Fabric, components and finished cartons are stored in our warehouse, and containers are loaded on site. Loading is photographed so you can see how the container was filled before it leaves.

Visiting or auditing

We welcome buyer visits and third-party inspections. Send the intended date and the products you want to see, and we confirm the schedule, the workshop areas available that day and the documents you may review on site. If travel is not practical, ask for a live video walkthrough – about 30 minutes, covering the same stations.

Planning a multi-product project?

Send the whole display list in one brief instead of one enquiry per item: project RFQ covers products, quantities, artwork, destination and date, and the reply comes with a written specification. Browse the product range first if you are still shortlisting.
