How We Quote and Build
Send the footprint, the ground surface, the event date and your artwork status. You receive a written specification with fabric weights, frame sections and ballast logic, plus a printed mockup for approval. Sampling runs 3 to 7 days, bulk production 7 to 15 days, and both dates are confirmed in writing.
Before packing, every tent goes through full-tent trial assembly. The QC photos and video ship with the order, so the tent that arrives matches the tent that passed.
