One Stop Supply: Flags, Light Boxes & Fabric Walls from One Manufacturer

Buying flags from one supplier, light boxes from another and fabric walls from a third creates three production schedules, three shipments and three sets of documents that rarely line up. For rollouts, event series and distributor restocks we run the whole list as one project.

Not a buying agent: Besda is the manufacturer and wholesaler behind these products. Flags, light boxes, EL panels and fabric walls are made in our own workshop – you buy factory-direct, with one colour standard, one schedule and one shipment.

What a project looks like

Project scenario Typical mix What we handle
Retail rollout Forecourt flags, window light boxes, interior fabric walls One schedule, matched colours, per-store packing, staged delivery
Event series Feather flags, backwalls, counters, banners Repeatable specification so each event matches the last
Distributor restock Mixed flags and light boxes in one order Carton marks per product group for easy splitting
Brand launch Custom shapes, EL panels, projection displays Sampling of unusual shapes before committing to volume
Trade show programme Tension fabric displays, flags, counters Reusable frames with replacement graphics for the next show

The five steps

1. Brief. You send the product list, quantities, destinations and deadline. If the deadline is not achievable, we say so at this stage rather than after the deposit.

2. Capability check. Each line is matched to the process that makes it, and anything we cannot make in-house is identified immediately so you can decide whether to drop it or buy it elsewhere.

3. Sample and specification. Mockups and written specifications are issued per product line, and colour references are aligned across the whole project so a red flag and a red light box graphic match.

4. Production and QC. Lines run against one schedule. Each line is inspected against its own specification, and progress photos are shared at agreed checkpoints.

5. Consolidation and documents. Finished goods are consolidated in our warehouse, packed by destination, loaded against a loading plan and shipped with one set of documents. Details are on our logistics page.

Where projects usually go wrong

Risk How we reduce it
Colour mismatch between lines One colour reference agreed for the whole project before production
Lines finishing at different times One production schedule with checkpoints; late lines flagged early
Container not filled efficiently Loading plan built from actual carton dimensions before booking
Customs questions on a mixed shipment HS classification per product line in the packing list
Damage on a mixed load Packing method matched to each product type, photos at dispatch
No single owner One project manager named in the quotation

What we need from you to quote

Product list with quantities, destination country and city, required delivery date, artwork files, and any compliance requirement for the market (for example electrical documents for powered displays, or flame-retardant fabric where the venue requires it). Send those five items and the quotation comes back within 24 hours.
