Quality Control: What We Check Before Your Order Ships
High quality is a claim; an inspection record is evidence. This page lists the stages an order passes through, what is checked at each one, and what you receive as proof. It is written so you can hold us to it.
The seven checkpoints
| Stage | What is checked | Evidence you receive |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Incoming material | Fabric weight, profile thickness, acrylic clarity, LED batch | Material record on request |
| 2. Pre-production | Mockup, size sheet, colour reference | Mockup and written spec (approval required) |
| 3. In-line print | Colour, registration, print defects | Photo of approved first piece |
| 4. Assembly | Seams, joints, pole fit, base fit | Assembly photo set on request |
| 5. Electrical | Brightness, driver voltage, wiring, plug type | Test photo or video |
| 6. Packing | Carton protection, quantity, marks | Packing photo |
| 7. Pre-shipment | Whole order against specification | Photo or video set; third-party inspection welcome |
1. Incoming material check
Fabric, aluminium profile, acrylic sheet, LED modules and drivers are checked on arrival for weight, thickness, finish and batch consistency. Material that does not match the approved grade is rejected before it reaches production, not after your order is packed.
2. Pre-production proof
Before a run starts you approve a mockup and written specification covering size, material, printing method, hardware and packing. For colour-critical work a Pantone reference or physical swatch is confirmed, so that red is a number, not an opinion.
3. In-line print check
The first piece off the printer is compared with the approved proof for colour, registration and print defects. The press is adjusted before the run continues, and the approved first piece is kept as the reference for the batch.
4. Assembly check
Seams, pole sleeves, frame joints, magnetic panels and base fittings are checked during assembly. A pole set is test-fitted to its flag, and a frame is assembled before packing, so fit problems are found in the workshop rather than at installation.
5. Electrical test
Every powered unit is switched on and checked for even brightness, correct driver voltage, secure wiring and the plug type for the destination market. Units that fail are reworked or replaced before packing; they are not shipped with a note.
6. Packing check
Cartons are checked for corner protection, foam where required, correct quantity per carton and legible carton marks. A packing photo is taken for each order so the condition at dispatch is documented.
7. Pre-shipment inspection
Before the shipment is booked, the order is checked against the approved specification once more, and you receive a photo or video set of the finished goods. A third-party inspection company can be appointed at your cost and scheduled into the production plan.
Defects and rework
Confirmed defects found before shipment are reworked or remade at our cost. After shipment, claims are handled against the agreed terms in the quotation: photographic evidence, quantity affected and the remedy are confirmed in writing before any credit or replacement is issued. We would rather agree the remedy in writing than leave a buyer guessing.
