Manufacturing Capabilities: What Our Foshan Workshop Can Make
Besda Development Company Limited has manufactured advertising displays in Foshan since 2010. Printing, cutting, sewing, metalwork, light box assembly, electrical testing, quality control and export packing sit under one roof, so a mixed order of flags, light boxes and fabric displays can be produced, checked and shipped as one project instead of being split across traders.
This page describes each process and what we confirm in writing before production starts. If a capability is not listed here, ask – we would rather say no early than discover a gap at packing time.
1. Artwork, mockup and written specification
Every order starts with a mockup rather than a purchase order. Send artwork (AI, PDF, PSD or high-resolution PNG) with the size, quantity and destination market. We return a free mockup, a size sheet with print area and pole height, and a written specification covering material, printing method, hardware and packing. Production starts only after you approve that document in writing.

2. Digital printing and dye-sublimation
Flags, tension fabric graphics and banner panels are printed by dye-sublimation, which bonds ink into the fibre instead of laying it on top. Printed flags therefore stay soft, fold without cracking and survive repeated washing. Light box graphics are printed on backlit-grade media so colour stays even when the LEDs are on. Colour is matched to your artwork or a Pantone reference, and a proof is approved before the run.

3. Cutting, sewing and finishing
Cutting and sewing are done in-house. Flag edges are hemmed and reinforced at the pole sleeve, and double-sided flags are assembled as two printed layers with a light-blocking liner. Tension fabric graphics are finished with silicone edge or pillowcase seams depending on the frame. Every seam is inspected before the piece moves to packing.

4. Metalwork: poles, frames and bases
Pole sets, banner frames, tension frames and base hardware are cut and assembled in the metalwork area. Flags use aluminium and fibreglass pole sets; banner and tension frames use aluminium tube with push-fit connectors. Base options include cross base, water bag, ground spike, steel plate and car tyre base, matched to your surface and wind conditions.

5. Light box assembly and electrical testing
Light box bodies are assembled from aluminium profile and acrylic or PET panels, then fitted with edge-lit or back-lit LED modules. Every unit is powered up before packing: the LED layout is checked for even brightness, the driver is checked against the destination voltage, and the plug type is confirmed for your market. Vacuum-formed, magnetic, animation and photo-frame constructions each have their own checkpoints.

6. Quality control, packing and export documents
Before packing, each order is checked against the approved specification and photographed for your approval. Cartons are marked, palletised where the route requires it, and shipped with commercial invoice, packing list and HS classification. The full checkpoint list is on our quality control page.

What we do not do
We are a display manufacturer, not a construction contractor. Permanent architectural signage, structural canopies and building-mounted installations are quoted individually with scope, engineering responsibility and site conditions confirmed in writing. Where a project needs a local installer, we supply installation drawings and work with your contractor rather than claiming to cover it ourselves.
